Built on the shared heritage of the Western Australian School of Mines, we aim to strengthen meaningful relationships across generations of Chinese mining talent while fostering long-term connection within the broader resources sector.

Bob is a Master of Mining Engineering graduate from WASM and Vice President of Activities for the 2025 WASM Committee.
Recognised as the first East Asian student to hold a core committee position, he has contributed strongly to student engagement, major events, and inclusive campus culture.

Her leadership experience, industry exposure, and commitment to student engagement bring valuable potential to support WASMCA’s community development, outreach, and future initiatives.

WASMCA Graduate Member
Ping is a Master of Mining Engineering graduate with industry experience as a Vacation Mining Engineer at Norton Gold Fields.
Actively involved in the WASM community as a Curtin Volunteer Leader and Event Assistant, he has contributed to student engagement, volunteer initiatives, and campus activities.
Following graduation, he will commence his professional career with Fortescue as a Graduate Mining Engineer.
